1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • With all tags, manuals, and accessories included

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care items

  • Underwear & intimate wear

  • Health & hygiene-related products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Customized items


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.


3. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective

  • Damaged on arrival

  • You received the wrong item

If you need an exchange, contact us with photos/videos as proof.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

    • The item arrived damaged

    • The wrong product was delivered

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
